There is access to the river and shared beach on the property. Kayak and paddle boards available to use after signing a 'release form'. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise or have a bonfire at night on the beach and watch the moon rise. Please be aware that broken glass can wash up from the river, so bring water shoes. The river is approximately 150 yard walk down a mild sloping yard. This cottage is one of the 3 houses on 3 acres property with access to the river to kayak, paddle boards, or swim on the river. We are dog friendly, unfortunately NO cats.... We have two older femaie dogs that have full access to the grounds, and will surely meet and greet when you arrive, extremely friendly... whole house with access to beach on the river, the beach area is shared with two other Airbnb's on property
