We are on a dead-end street, yet close to public transport. Quiet and only a few steps away from a beautiful park with pickelball and tennis courts, playground and a big place to run and explore, or just relax and read a book. Free street parking. Close to family-friendly activities and restaurants. Come and go electronically. 45min to NYC, 1 mile to Greenwich train station. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Sunny room with a large window (with blackout curtains for your extra comfort). No steps. Very secluded and relaxing, yet only 45 min to the heart of Manhattan! The house was totally renovated recently and this is a completely new room. Shared bathroom (with one or 2 people, or you may have the whole apartment for yourself!). Lots of privacy. Shopping, restaurants, bar and a famous gourmet market within a few minutes walking from the house. The window looks out onto red roses and the room includes your own closet with plenty of hanging space (with hangers) and shelves. Iron and a hair dryer provided. Sheets and towels are included. Please note: For stays of 8 days or longer: For your safety and comfort the cleaning person will be cleaning your place at least once a week and it will be an additional charge of $45. You can schedule and pay for more frequent cleanings. You have the use of the bathroom, kitchen for very light cooking (on the counter you will find teas and coffee) and dining area. And please clean up after yourself. This room is best for folks who are out and about during the day... The living room is also my office and occasionally, during the day, I may conduct hypnosis sessions. Please do not use the fireplace, it's only for decoration. Thank you, and please feel at home and enjoy your stay. I assume that you can be independent and can take care of yourself. I am here if you need anything.
