This place is close to city center, nightlife, public transport, the airport, UVM Medical Center, along with multiple colleges (UVM and Champlain College to name a few), very family-friendly place. You’ll love this place because of its coziness, location and accessibility, people and the views. This place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Location is everything and this place has it all, it's your Home Away From Home. Apartment is a small and cozy one bedroom unit. It has all the amenities you will need for you stay. It has cable for TV with a lot of channels if you like to watch TV. Wi-Fi is available. Kitchen is useable for you at anytime. Free parking in back. We have Security Cameras and bright flood lights in the parking lot only. You will need the enter the code at the front door to get your keys. Please pull in and do not block garage doors. Plenty of free private parking. You can reach us by phone it is the best option. Or in person if needed. We will communicate thru the app or by phone. In case of emergency always call. For immediate assistance with anything regarding the apartment and your stay, you can reach people downstairs right away. Neighborhood is close to a school, it is off a busy street certain time of morning and evening, usually rush hour to get to work and getting home from work, that is when its bussiest time. Other than that, it is really close to everything you want to see in Burlington, there is bike path that is very close, it is behind the home that connects all the way to the local beach. Easy access to waterfront and city center. Walking distance to everything Burlington has to offer, restaurants and breweries. Place is close to a lot of things, easiest way to get around is by foot or bike. If you have a car it is no more then 15 min to anywhere you would want to be outside of the Burlington area. There is a binder on the table as you come in, with some minor instructions on how to use certain things within the apartment. Also binder has travel info on where to go to eat, or stuff to do in and around Burlington area. It is a tourist guide with information. Recently we added some security cameras in the parking lot only, with bright flood lights for safety.
