A walk-out dining room/ living room onto a large deck with eating area, propane BBQ, and an outdoor propane fireplace. A walk-out ground level garden patio into gardens. WIFI, Bose Speakers, T.V. (no cable service), 2 indoor propane fireplaces, and a washer/dryer. GROUNDS FEATURES The property is suitable for all ages of guests. Private gardens, beach waterfront, creek/pond, in surrounding forest. Available on grounds: BBQ (propane), outdoor propane fireplace, private boat dock, beach fire pit, various outdoor sitting decks and structures, and private carport. Available: Canoe and 2 kayaks (check with owner to see if kayaks will be available) Note: The hot tub is not available for rentals from May - September. Absolutely No Pets, and No Smoking.
