Feel at home away from Home! The house offers : 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, a relaxing nipa house to rejuvenate, private driveway (5 cars can park), gated and safe. Only 5-10mins drive to Limketkai and Ayala Malls. Good for big/extended families and or group of friends. Center of CDO City! ❤️ All inclusive and Fully Furnished -the house sits in a 1,188 sq meters of land within the city proper and you will be renting the Entire house not shared with other group or guests - house is gated and 5 cars parkway - towels, beddings and pillows will be provided - Available Cable and Wifi. -good for big family and or extended families -a group of friends in tour or small parties - we can accommodate more than 20 people. I understand we Filipinos have huge family or relatives, just email me first to let me know - a nipa hut is available outside the house to relax and rejuvenate (small parties can be held in the nipa hut as well pls see pictures here) - the backyard and frontyard has greens, fruit bearing trees and flowers - outside the gate you need to walk half a block to the main road where the transportation are there. Tricycles, motorelas or jeepneys to commute around the city. - near to schools like Lourdes College High School, Xavier University, Corpus Cristi, Montessori School, South City Central, etc - near to Cogon Market and malls - The house has five bedrooms. You will be renting the four rooms. The fifth room is our storage room. This place is in Downtown, Cagayan de Oro City so it will be only minutes away to the malls, restaurants, shops, churches and wet markets. If you want accessibility for commute and less time travelling, this is the place for you. Thank you The private road leading to the house is tight and narrow from the main road of Upper 20th St Nazareth but if you reach the red gate in our property you can roam around in the driveway. Five vehicles can park inside the parkway and we are gated. We are a flood free zone but if you will be walking to get a motorela or transportation just a heads up you will be walking half a block. The airport is in Laguindingan which is the outskirt of CDO City so it will take an hour drive to Cagayan de Oro. Half a block away from the house there are motorelas, tri-sikad, jeepneys and taxis. The fare is 7pesos per person. Nearest Mall are Gaisano City Mall, Centrio (Ayala), Ororama Cogon, Limketkai Mall and Gaisano Cogon. Cogon Market is only 5 mins drive if you want fresh seafoods, meat, vegetables and fruits. You can cook in the house. Kitchenwares are available to use. Thank you Owner is in Canada. Aunt Alice is the caretaker of our house. She lives in separate building beside the house. When you are there she doesn't go inside the house during the duration of your stay. She works outside the house like watering the plants and sweeping the grounds. If you need help like washing clothes, you may ask her but with a fee. She will be your hostess in the house if you need anything, please ask her or you can email me here in Airbnb. I will reply right away. Thank you Nazareth is a maze with streets numbered not synchronizing. It is better to ask local drivers like motorela and trisikad drivers where is Upper 21-20 St. Nazareth. We are near to Nazareth Barangay Hall. When you get to Nazareth Barangay Hall theirs a road going uphill and then a road end. Our property is at the last house on the left. You will see a red gate. The mountain are made up of wooden houses and near to each other. My ancestral house is one of those wooden houses. My relatives are living there too. They are outside the gate of this house. But is you need help, the people there are nice and helpful. I grew up in the community and everyone knows everybody. I guarantee you it's safe and people are friendly. Hospitable and Respectful. I know everyone in the community and they know me as well. We are a BIG Family!!! Also, when you read the guests reviews we had a dog named Elsa. She passed away recently with cancer. If you like city traffic a block away from the house this is the place for you but if you want suburban living. You might have to prefer the uptown Cagayan de Oro or the outskirts like Cugman, Opol, Iponan or El Salvadore towns. But I can guarantee you, when you stay at the house. It is like you are living a secluded area within the busy buzz of the city. It is spacious and quiet. You can relax and rejuvenate because it is quiet in there. Theirs no traffic in front of the house so theirs no vehicular noises when sleeping. You will have to walk half a block before reach main street and commute locally.
