A short 10 minute drive from downtown Jacksonville, 15 min. to New River Air Station, 15 min. to Camp Lejeune, and 45 min. to North Topsail Beach. POOL Closed for season. Bedroom details- bedroom 1- 2 twin beds, bedroom 2- King bed, bedroom 3- 2 twin beds, Bedroom 4 - King bed. We have a game room with card table, Ping pong table and Foosball. Back yard features a screened in back porch with picnic table, big fenced in back yard with a basketball court. Pool closed for season. All guests will be asked to sign a waiver of liability during pool season before access to pool is granted. Please note there is 2 outdoor security cameras 1 is located at the corner of the house in front yard pointed to the front door, driveway, and road, and 1 outdoor security camera facing the back yard and pool area, they both record video and audio and sends notifications to my phone when motion/ sound is detected. Driveway is big enough for 2 vehicles, please do not park on the side of the road. No Boats, trailers, or RV's allowed to park on property. You may message me on Airbnb platform.
