Auto check in (Lockbox code is provided prior to check in), entry door is located at the wrap around porch next to the swing facing the driveway and NOT the street side. In addition, August 4th gen Smart lock is also provided on the second entrance accessing from the small porch. Guest have complete private entrance from wrap around porch. Guests can park their car in front of small size garage ( it’s right hand side garage once you’re facing the two garages. You can park anywhere on the side of garage but make sure you are not blocking the way. You can walk in to the property either from small porch with smart lock OR from main entrance door on the large porch. This door has a lockbox (code will be provided before check in). It's as simple as that. We believe in giving space to our guests but always available over the phone/text/email. In the backdrop of Covid 19, we have installed Smart locks for a touch less entry. Guest can download the app and can open the lock from the iPhone. That’s the parking space for the guest. Walk up to the front of the house entrance facing the driveway. You have two options: 1. Use door on the small porch which is equipped with a Smart lock. 2. Main door on large porch —next to the swing — it has a lockbox and you can access the key manually. This listing used to be a shared place,, you might see previous feedback referring to that, you have a whole private first floor now. Towels are in the closet next to the fireplace in the livingroom. Trash bins next to side entrance.... next to the swing on the porch. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note there will be food items including coffee to extend our warmth and hospitality. However, since it’s not a bread and breakfast place please don’t expect an elaborate breakfast items like in a five star hotel. This note is just to manage our guests expectations.
