The fully-equipped Gourmet Kitchen overlooks the dining room and a deck open to ocean and countryside views. The hallway to the left of the Great Room leads to the guest Bedrooms and full Bathroom area. The first Bedroom has a Queen size bed and TV (no cable)/VCR. The second Bedroom has a Queen size Bed, TV (no cable)/VCR/DVD, and bay-window sitting area with greenbelt and ocean views. The hallway to the right of the great room passes the laundry room with Washer/Dryer and doorway to the 2-car garage equipped with an Ping Pong table and Electronic Dartboard. The entire home will only be occupied by the renting party. This home is not shared with other renters or the owners. There may be locked doors, cabinets, drawers that contain the property of the owners for when they use their homes. These areas are not to be disturbed.
