Located on the tip of coastline just near Mount Martha Pillars, this property has breath taking 180 degree views spanning from Melbourne CBD to Queenscliff. We have a SALT CHLORINATED SOLAR HEATED POOL ... Just reiterating this is a SOLAR HEATED Pool. Solar heating works when their is sunshine and typically increases the temperature of the water a few degrees. In Winter, the pool temperature is driven by the outside temperature. Solar heating typically extends the swimming season by a month or so on either end. But obviously with Melbourne weather we can never be sure. We also have a bunch of EXTRA FACILTIES including, DVD's, board games, 80's Game machine including 100 games such as pacman, space invaders and galaga. And a Table Tennis Table. ABOUT THE SPACE … The 180 degree views in Summer take in the best of the Ocean from the city to the Heads while you overlook the crystal clear pool! In Winter, you can see the storms roll in while you play Monopoly on the Deck. All decks are fitted with both roof awnings and side awnings making the space useful for most of the year regardless of the weather Melbourne throws at us. The Salt Chlorinated Pool is yours too, which is solar heated but still outdoors - so perfect in Summer but a little chilly in Winter! The BBQ on the deck is yours to enjoy along with all the extras. GUEST INTERACTION … As your host, I wont be available in person, but all details of the property including the Self Access Check In will be made available prior to arrival.
