No additional fees will be charged set up INCLUDED in reservation!!! Pool is 3ft in shallow area and gradually drops to 9ft in deep side w/ diving board. We welcome floats and all inflatable pool toys!! NO COOLERS, GLASS, GLASS BOTTLES or FOOD ALLOWED INSIDE POOL AREA! We reserve the right to check coolers and bags brought on our premises! Canned Beer, canned seltzers & wine coolers/pouches welcome!! No hard liquors! We do NOT have a life guard on duty and require a 1:1 adult/child ratio for all children in the pool area at all times. All non-swimmers must be in water below their heads and Lifejackets are strongly recommended. Non-swimmers may not swim without being in direct arms reach of a parent or guardian in the pool area and in the water. For events with all children over the age of six (6), the ratio may not exceed six (6) children to one parent/guardian. -Port-o-let (outdoor bathroom) and Hand Washing/Sanitizing Stations are set up at no extra charge for all events Thursday-Sunday!! Events scheduled outside of these days will have an additional service fee of $250 for outdoor bathroom set up! -Additional fees may apply for additional tent/canopy and set up, extra tables ( if available) and decorations. We have a large property/driveway and try to accommodate all our guests with free parking on premises. We can fit 15 vehicles, depending on size, and offer additional $10 overflow parking on the property next to ours (with pre-approval) for event rentals. some other ideas to consider is car pooling, party bus rental and/or shuttle services (we are near Blue Crabs Stadium). We are reopening, and people are happily gathering — To safely continue to enjoy gatherings, please continue to practice proper sanitation & hand washing procedures- Masks are not required and are optional based on your personal preference! It’s a quiet neighborhood, and the neighbors would like to keep it that way. They reserve the right to complain about excess traffic, loud music, and littering. Please respect our neighbors. Inclement Weather Policy: YOU must monitor weather conditions for your upcoming event date!! *Refunds are handled by airbnb and based on the cancelation policy for this listing and the option you selected! As a courtesy to our guests WE may offer the option for a one-time (1) alternate rain date (based on availability) but YOU must message us directly NLT Noon on the day of your event to inquire/set-up such arrangements!!
