Each suite has its own bath. One has a wood fireplace, the rest have electric stoves. Guests have full access to the large living room and dining room on the first floor. We have two acres of frontage on the Battenkill River, perfect for picnics, lawn games swimming and fishing. Canoes are available for guest use. Owners live in the house and are available throughout the day to help plan itineraries, make dinner reservations, provide direction, etc. We are located at the foot of Mount Equinox, 3 miles south of Manchester and 2 miles north of Arlington. Shopping, dining, skiing, hiking and other outdoor activities abound. Bromley Mountain is 14 miles, Stratton is 26. You will need a car to visit Vermont. Public transportation is very limited.
