Welcome to Mascoma Lake Cottages! We are situated right on Lake Mascoma, just step outside and enjoy the view or go jump into the lake! This is the perfect location for relaxation but close to amenities as well. Just grab a bag, your favorite book and head for the lake! What we offer is: o Duplex unit (left side) o 2 bedrooms (1 full, 1 twin/full bunk) o Living room with futon o Dining area with table and chairs o Kitchen with, single induction burner, apartment size refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, and basic kitchen essentials o Bathroom with shower stall o Private deck with patio set and gas grill o Fire pit with firewood o High speed wireless internet There is a shared, with other guests from our property, private beach, with a dock for boats. Enjoy the large field in the back of the property and walking trails! Individual fire pits are at each cottage, as well as a large community fire pit in the meadow. On site parking is provided for 1-2 vehicles. Additional parking is available on our adjacent property on Meadow Lane We usually greet our guests, however on occasion we are not home to greet you. We are available for any questions via, phone, text, email or face to face, whatever you prefer. We interact with guests, but we also give space without interfering with personal vacation time. This property is a quiet oasis on the lake, offering a peaceful environment which invokes inner tranquillity and restores balance to ones busy bustling life. If it becomes too quiet for you there are plenty of options near us for shopping and nightlife. The communities around us offer local shops, farmers markets and local music. The surrounding area offers larger shops like BJ’S, Hannafords. Events happen every week so there is something new and different with lots of local events! • Car • Bicycle • Motorcycle It is best to have a car in this area. However if you’re a cyclist we are 2 miles from the Northern Rail Trail which goes as far as Concord. We are just 15 min. from Dartmouth College (9mi.) - Hanover, NH (quaint town) and just 9 mi. from West Lebanon, NH (Big Box shopping). We are just a short 20 minute drive to Quechee Gorge and are only 45 minutes from Killington, VT.
