(문열림으로 인한 도난사고 방지위함) - 실내와 외부 압력으로 인해 출입문을 힘을 주어 밀어 닫아주세요. - 출입문과 대문(회색) 발로 차거나 강한 충격을 주면 안돼요! 2. 신발 및 실내화 - 실내에서는 외부신발을 반드시 벗고, 실내화 착용 혹은 맨발로 사용하셔야 합니다. - 외출 시 내부 실내화 사용을 하지 말아주세요. 3. 온수 및 난방 - 샤워 혹은 온수 사용시 ‘중’, ‘고’를 선택하시면 됩니다. - 미 사용시 반드시 온수를 꺼주세요(그래야 따뜻해요) - 난방은 기본 20도 - 22도로 유지해 주세요. 4. 에어컨 - 에어컨 사용시 모든 창문을 닫아주세요. - 외부 출타 시 에어컨을 꼭!! 끄고 나가주세요. - 사용한 에어컨 리모컨은 제자리에 놓아주세요. 5. 주방 - 가스레인지 사용 전후, 가스밸브(우측상단, 분홍색)를 사용법에 맞게 조작해 주세요.(세로 : Open, 가로 : Close) - 가스레인지 사용 후, 반드시 가스밸브를 Close(가로)로 전환해 주세요. - 전자레인지 사용 시, 금속제품을 넣고 작동하지 말아주세요. - 포트 사용 시, 물 높이(Min/Max)를 반드시 지켜서 사용해 주세요. - 사용한 음식물은 작은 투명 비닐봉투에 담아주세요. - 사용한 식기는 세제를 이용해서 설거지 해주세요. - 칼과 같은 예리한 도구를 사용 시, 조심히 사용하며 어린이 손에 닿지 않는 곳에 놓아주세요. - 싱크대 아래 수납장은 사용하지 말아주세요. 6. 쓰레기 - 재활용쓰레기, 일반쓰레기, 음식물쓰레기를 구분해서 버려주세요. 7. 화장실 - 샤워실 사용 시, 샤워커튼을 사용해서 세탁기 쪽으로 물이 가지 않게 해주세요. - 세면대 유리를 만지거나, 무거운 물건을 놓지 말아주세요. - 헤어드라이어 사용 시, 물 뭍은 손으로 전원을 꼽지 말아주세요. - 변기 사용시, 많은 양의 휴지나 물티슈를 넣고 물을 내리지 말아주세요. - 화장실 바닥에 물기가 있을 때에는 항상 조심히 움직여 주세요! 8. 방 - 침대 위에서 과도하게 뛰거나 무리를 주면 안돼요!(이층침대 사용 시, 큰 사고가 날 수 있으니 더욱 유의 부탁드려요) - 큰방에서 2명 이상 취침 시, 접이식 쇼파를 이용하여 침대를 만들 수 있어요. - 오염이 될 수 있는 액체류(커피, 음료, 술 등)와 각종 음식/과일을 침구 위에서 먹지 말아주세요. 9. 케이블 TV(큰 방), Britz 멀티 스피커(식탁) - 사용 설명서에 따라 리모컨 혹은 버튼을 조작하시면 돼요. 10. 기타 - Nespresso 사용 시, 물통에 정수기 물만 사용해 주세요.
