This beautiful 2 BD luxury house is located in the Private Residential segment of the most exclusive stretch in Marrackech : Latest Palmeraie 3 resort of the beautiful Palmeraie Network. The house is maintained by a very professional staff of maids, electrician, plummer, Security 24/7 inside and outside the private residence. Taxis 24/7. Lush private lounges and pools right around the corner from you including the popular Nikki Beach, Mariinski Russian lounge club, bowling alleys, tennis courts, Spas, Golf Palace, etc.. I'm listing it extremely cheap since I own the house and live in the United States ! Agencies in the same complex list these houses for at least $100/night and are booked all year round, in other words almost twice my asking price !!! Unlimited parking. Pool. Complex amenities. Tennis courts, spas. Etc.. There is a short instructional manual inside the house, by the entrance door. The Reception/HOA will be informed of your arrival and can answer any questions you may have. They are right past the security gates. You can just tell them that you are staying at Afiri's house (Pavilion 26, unit 12), and they will take you to the House and give you the keys. You can contact them at +212 524 334 600. They'll ask for a piece of identification such as a passport and make a copy of it. So please be sure to have your ID with you when you check in. The reception closes at 17:00, so in case you come after this time, the security checkpoint will verify your name, give you the keys and check you in. With regards to food, you may want to take a taxi and go to the closest grocerie store, there is a kitchen in the house as an FYI. But with regards to dining out, there are literally tons of options. You can just ask one of the contacts I referenced above and they'll show you everything and every place you want to go to (especially Siham, she's extremely helpful), enjoy!!! If you absolutely must smoke in the house, please do so outside in one of the 3 balconies and make sure you pick up all the cigarette butts.
