We are located in a gated community about a 10 minutes driving from the center of town and with easy access to the main road. Central Festival, a new and upscale shopping mall is less than 5 minutes driving. There are multiple other shopping malls, grocery stores, convenience stores and a hospital also within 5 minutes driving. The house is directly across the street from the community club-house, outdoor seating, swimming pool and fitness center, all of which are available to guests at no charge. A small grass park runs through the center of the development. My place is around 5 minutes from super market and hyper market 7 from Hospital 20 minutes from the old ancient city, Wat Chedi Luang and other temples 25 minutes to Doi suthep, and zoo 30 minutes to night safari 30 minutes to Mae rim road for elephant farm, monkey farm, orchid farm, tiger farm. Transportation Noted that a public transportation in Chiangmai is not that convenience.The regular local taxi( red small bus taxi and tuk tuk) are usually in the old city. The real cab needed the advanced (URL HIDDEN) people usually use motor bikes and cars.Uber is the other great options. From to Airport- my place You can get a taxi at the airport around 350 bath for regular sedan but if you have big luggages then you might need a van.It costs 800 bath per trip which i can book for you and you pay direct to the driver. For travel around, there's 5 choices - Local red taxi and tuk tuk that usually are in the old city area - Uber - Calling for taxi costing around 200-300 per stop.You need to book around 1 hour in advance - A van with Driver All day van service with English speaking driver from 8am- 6pm that can go anywhere you want 1800 excluding gas - Renting car The house is quite new and we hope that you will enjoy your stay there.
