Kitchen is well stocked with cookware & staples. 4 kayaks you can launch from dock and paddle out for sunsets. Beach towels, insulated drinkware and lounge chairs. Screened lanai. Plenty of parking. Big screen TV with Spectrum and Apple TV. Wifi. Brand new kitchen! Dogs but NO CATS (allergies) Home is very roomy and has both living and family room as well as outdoor screened lanai. Beds are high-end and comfortable. Laundry soap, dish soap, bath soap and shampoo/conditioner are provided. Help yourself to anything in the home or kitchen (other than the locked owners closet in master bedroom). Laundry room is indoors (not in garage). Yard is fenced EXCEPT for water side. You can walk or bike around the area without having to go out onto a busy street. Or kayak around to sightsee homes and wildlife. Sea Ranch Estates is a quiet area with all waterfront homes. Easy walking or biking to local bars and restaurants. Grocery and liquor store just across US19. Sea Ranch Marina is right down the canal. If you have a boat they rent slips $10 a foot, one month minimum. Very easy to walk or bike for several miles without getting on a busy road. There are 5 neighborhood restaurants/bars within a very close distance. Also an ice cream shop. You can also kayak to neighboring homes if you have friends in the area. If you bring your puppy we provide poop bags, blankets and extra sheets to cover the sofas and beds in case they are sofa dwellers. We have a bluetooth speaker for out on the dock or lanai (not too loud, please). We also have iPhone chargers. Coolers, insulated "go cups" and wine cups. Basic condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo) as well as a variety of spices and cooking oils, etc. Paper plates, napkins and usually there is a beer or two and a bottle of wine for the weary traveller. This is our second home so it will well stocked with quality items that we like to use.
