"De La Sol" is cozy beach bungalow nestled in the heart of Crystal Beach (not Galveston). This pristine home boasts 3 bedrooms/2.5 bath, sleeps 10+ and is just a short walk or bicycle ride to the beach. The primary room has a king bed, sitting area and en suite bathroom. One guest bedroom has 2 queens beds while the bunk room is outfitted with 3 twins and 1 full. The guest bedrooms are separated by a roomy full-size bathroom and a powder room directly behind the dining area. Downstairs you will find an outdoor shower, picnic table, charcoal grill plus games - currently we have checkers, chess, Jenga and more to come. (We’re open to suggestions!) There are beach mats in the garage, along with bikes that you will be free to use. Upstairs you will find a huge deck with seating to relax outside and catch some rays during the day or enjoy the peace and quiet along with the soft lulling of the ocean in the evenings. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and other cooking utensils as well as plates, cups, silverware, and more. Bathrooms are stocked with many soft towels plus there is a washer and dryer on site. Our home was designed with openness and gatherings in mind as the kitchen, dining and living areas flow into each other allowing the conversations to continue wherever you are. In the living room you will find a large u-shaped sectional that is perfect for gatherings and plenty of board games for a family game night and making lasting memories! You will have full access to the entire home, with exception to the (locked) owner’s closet. WiFi password is provided upon check in. You can access the garage with the same house key. In the garage there are many beach mats you are welcome to use but hands off the Jeep :) We like to be hands off and give you your space. As much as we’d love to meet and welcome all of our guests, we just live too far away - though you may run into me or my husband if you arrive early as we prepare the home for your stay. We are available any time via direct messaging thru Airbnb, phone call or text message - whichever method is easiest for you! The neighborhood is family oriented with many homes occupied by permanent residents. Please be respectful of them. No loud music, large parties or events are allowed. The maximum number of guests is 10. All cars must be parked under the house or in the driveway on the property. Parking is not allowed in the street or in the cul-de-sac. Cars parked in these areas will be towed at the Owner’s expense. No RVs allowed. Cars, trucks, ATV's, and golf carts are permitted on the beach, with a $10 pass you can purchase at most local businesses. No pets and no smoking allowed inside the home.
